Specifications include, but are not limited to: transportation in Illinois to assist and support the current work of the Office of Communications with collateral produced, including improving public awareness of the role/duties of the Agency; public awareness of challenges related to transportation funding; customer service; legislative outreach and other messages central to the mission and goals of the Agency. The Vendor shall develop and produce creative materials for public relations campaigns, overall public education and other initiatives that support the goals of the Agency. The Vendor shall work closely with the Office of Communications to develop appropriate creative content, such as public service announcements, digital and print publications, social media content, infographics, videos and support materials for events. Collateral should be designed to reach the traveling public or, in case of a specific project or campaign, a target audience. Content can be distributed through traditional (television, radio, print) and digital channels. The Vendor will work directly with IDOT’s Office of Communications and offer to them recommendations for strategic placement of material as well as follow-up analysis on reach and overall effectiveness. Vendor availability should include phone conferencing and electronic communications, limited travel may be required
