Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Performing general construction contracting services required by the scope of work identified in the bid solicitation in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, codes and regulations. 2. Procuring of all permits, licenses and approvals. 3. Planning, coordinating, administering and supervising of the work. 4. Procuring of all materials, equipment, labor and vendor services (including without limitation the notarized certifications of subcontractors referenced in Section 12.C.) required for each awarded project in accordance with the provisions of the Board’s Multi-Project Labor Agreement. 5. Providing required documents for the required insurance and providing the payment and performance bonds required for each awarded project.
