Specifications include, but are not limited to: The complete removal of the existing roof systems down to the metal & concrete roofs of the five-story residential building, the one-story lobby building and two connecting links at Sherman Hall. Existing curbs supporting rooftop mechanical equipment and existing pipe penetrations will be raised to meet current roofing standards for new installations. The existing cluster of nine pyramid skylights will be replaced with new insulated units. The new fully adhered membrane roofing systems shall be covered by a twenty (20) year, full-system warranty by the membrane manufacturer and the existing lightning protection will be replaced with a new UL Master Label certified installation on the five-story building.
