Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) is seeking a vendor to provide the following financial services:•Identify currently available comparable wage indexes (CWI) that comply with 105 ILCS 5/18-8.15(a)(4)fortheIllinoisStateBoardtoconsiderforuseintheagency’sEvidence-Based Funding(EBF) calculations.•Complete analysis and sample calculations to confirm that the comparable wages indexescomply with 105 ILCS 5/18-15(a)(4). Analysis and sample calculations must confirm thatcomparable wage index uses a similar methodology as the CWI as specified in Public Act 100-0465.•Make recommendations on which existing comparable wage index(es) are viable (e.g., complieswith 105 ILCS 5/18-8.15(a)(4)) to be used for the purposes of Evidence-based Funding (EBF)calculations, including the rationale for the recommendations. If more than one comparablewage index is viable, the vendor should provide its recommendations in rank order that includesthe rationale for the ranking order.
