Specifications include, but are not limited to: As a result of the recent global COVID-19 pandemic, Joliet Junior College, like many other institutions of higher education, has transitioned its services from traditional and in-person to virtual and remote. Through this transition, JJC has identified a need for a remote proctoring service which will allow faculty and testing services staff the ability to have academic and placement exams proctored remotely in a secure, consistent, student-friendly, device-friendly, cost-effective, and efficient manner. Such a product must be compatible with the following JJC testing publishers: Pearson (MyLab), Cengage (WebAssign), McGraw Hill (ALEKS), and Smart Sparrow. Preference will be given to products who meet this criteria, and are also compatible with Accuplacer and other online test publishers. Joliet Junior College’s learning management system is Canvas; the selected remote proctoring product must have LTI integration with consumer and shared secret key; developer key cannot be used.
