Section I – Provider Background 1) How many years has your firm been providing recordkeeping services for 457(b) plans? 2) How many 457(b) plans are serviced at your firm and what is the average size plan? 3) Please demonstrate your firm’s financial strength/condition. i.e. Credit rating, assets, etc. 4) Please provide a minimum of three municipal client references that are similar in size to the Woodridge plan. Section II – Recordkeeping & Administration 1) Where would the service team covering this plan be located and what is the average tenure? 2) How many calls did your retirement plan call center handle in 2024 and what was the average wait time? 3) Do you have the ability to shadow-recordkeep assets held at another recordkeeper that is being held at the plan level? If so, please explain what the participant experience would be. Section III – Service Team 1) What are the backgrounds of the service team that would be supporting this plan? 2) How are your education reps paid for the work they do on this plan? Do they earn any sort of commission/incentive bonus for promoting specific products? Do they work as financial advisors outside of the work they are performing for the plan? If so, please explain. 3) Are they employed by your firm or are they outsourced? 4) Do participants have access to CFP certified individuals and is there additional cost for this? 5) Will you be able to visit this client two times per year to provide educational services? 6) If you were able to provide one or two of these days of education per year in the form of zoom/video conferencing, please indicate whether that would improve pricing. 7) Would you be able to abide by an educational policy statement and make a financial commitment to guarantee this plan is serviced accordingly? 8) Do you have the ability to provide education materials and webinars in languages other than English?
