Specifications include, but are not limited to: Manage all aspects of the District’s Online Merchandise Program. Achieving this objective will require the Vendor to develop, design and acquire merchandise, fulfill orders and participate in the development of marketing and promotion. In some instances, the District may also elect to provide completed graphics for Online Merchandise production. The Vendor is required to provide a full service retail merchandise marketing program to implement the District’s Online Merchandise Program and provide the following Scope of Services and all deliverables: 1.) Recommend a variety of Online Merchandise based on the most popular retail and outdoor recreation trends; and provide quality merchandise with a high standard of style and appearance suitable to the sale, promotion and distribution that is in the best interest of the District. All Online Merchandise and advertising shall be of tasteful and reputable character and consistent with the District’s brand, in the District’s sole determination. 2.) Submit samples of all Online Merchandise to the District for approval. Upon the District’s written approval, implementation may commence in accordance with any restrictions or conditions that the District requires. 3.) Design, develop, manufacture and distribute Online Merchandise, subject to the terms and conditions of the Licensing and Compliance Requirements Section below. 4.) Meet all District guidelines when creating Online Merchandise and accurately reproduce District logos or artwork for use on Online Merchandise. The District must approve all designs and has the right to reject any Online Merchandise that does not meet District standards. In some instances, and at its own discretion, the District may also elect to provide completed artwork to the Vendor for Online Merchandise. 5.) Manage a website and e-commerce system for the sale of Online Merchandise, which accepts transactions paid by credit card and online payment service providers. 6.) The Vendor is solely responsible for all costs incurred for the promotion, design, manufacture, distribution and quality for all aspects of the Online Merchandise Program. 7.) Design, build and manage a digitized archive with watermarks of historical District-owned items, including, but not limited to, maps, photographs and signage, for sale on the website. 8.) Manage and maintain all stock levels and replenish inventory to prevent out-of-stock issues. Vendor shall provide a detailed description of the fulfillment process for the District’s approval. 9.) Provide and manage fulfillment systems that include but are not limited to, packing and shipping orders and handling returns. All orders shall be shipped within a reasonable timeframe. 10.) The Vendor shall provide Online Merchandise to the District if requested, and it shall be provided to the District at the lowest wholesale price. 11.) The Vendor shall have the ability to allow District patrons to customize Online District Merchandise when available.
