Specifications include, but are not limited to: This solicitation is issued by the Illinois Department of Central Management Services in cooperation and agreement with the Chief Procurement Officer for General Services. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a Joint Purchase Master Contract to enable Central Management Services, governmental units, and qualified not-for-profit agencies to purchase Office Supplies on an as needed basis during the contract period. By submitting a bid, Vendor agrees to extend all terms and conditions, specifications, and pricing or discounts specified in the resulting contract for the items in the resulting contract to all governmental units and qualified not-for-profit agencies.
