Specifications include, but are not limited to: Locally demolish areas of damaged plaster to sound material. Patch, prime, and paint. Note: at areas with evidence of water damage, provide sufficient time for substrate to dry completely after plaster demolition prior to repairing. At areas of damaged drywall (at north wall based on photos provided), locally demolish damaged drywall and replace with new VHI drywall. Finish, prime, and paint. Locally grind and tuck point areas of step cracked CMU. Prime and paint to match surroundings. Route and epoxy inject through-cracked CMU. (Refer to attachment DM2138) Prime and paint to match surroundings. Surfaces: includes Ceiling, walls, window frames, backboards and wainscotting. The ceilings and walls need to be scraped and skimmed, coated smooth, primed, and painted. The bottom wainscotting will be scraped, primed, and painted. The East wall on top of the wainscotting molding needs to be replaced, and part of the Northeast and Southeast molding needs to be replaced and painted. The window frames will need to be painted the same color as walls. Paint: Sherwin Williams Ceiling-White, 2 coats, Walls-7015 Repose Gray, 2 coats, Wainscoting-Comp (B003) MQ1-15 ES Rumors, 2 coats Contractor to secure necessary permits.
