Specifications include, but are not limited to: Station #3 Right Ejector Pump and Float Switch Replacement (Basement Center Outside Electric Room) · Demolish (1) Baldor, 2" pedestal style ejector pumps and 20' of 2" galvanized discharge piping · Demolish (1) Square D Switch, float ball and rod · Install (1) new ejector pumps, discharge piping, check valve, automatic alternating float switch with float rod and float ball · Install 20' of 2" discharge piping, new ball valves, check valves and unions on the discharge side of each pump · Connect new automatic alternating float switch to existing (Left) elector pump and newly installed (Right) ejector pump · Reconnect to existing electrical supply for each pump · Test pumps for proper operation and rotation Station #4 Dual Ejector Pump and Float Switch Replacement (Basement South Next To AHU #6) · Demolish (2) Baldor, 2" pedestal style ejector pumps and 20' of 2" galvanized discharge piping · Demolish (1) Square D Switch, float ball and rod. Dispose of pumps and material off-site · Install (2) new ejector pumps, discharge piping, check valve, automatic alternating float switch with float rod and float ball · Install 20' of 2" discharge piping, new ball valves, check valves and unions on the discharge side of each pump · Reconnect to existing electrical supply for each pump · Test pumps for proper operation and rotation Manhole Cover Repair · Demolish and dispose of broken manhole cover and frame outside in the grass area outside of door #2 · Repair manhole cover concrete ring · Install new manhole cover and frame · Demolish and dispose of broken manhole cover and frame in the sidewalk outside of door #9 · Install new manhole cover and frame
