Vendor will provide full coverage maintenance and repair services on the elevators and escalator located at the facility location listed in this contract. The Preventative Maintenance program will require Vendor to, regularly and systematically examine, clean, adjust and lubricate as required, and if conditions warrant, repair and/or replace the following: TRACTION/CABLE ELEVATORS SERVICES – Vendor will regularly and systematically examine, clean, adjust, and lubricate as required. When conditions warrant, the Vendor will repair or replace as needed, the following: Elevator Machine – Including: Worm and gear Thrust Bearings Drive Sheave Drive sheave shaft bearing Brake – including the brake pulley Brake coil Brake contact Linings and component parts Motor and Motor Generator – including: Auxiliary rotating systems (tachometer, regulator, etc.) Motor windings Rotating elements Commutator brushes Brush holders Bearings Governor – including: Governor sheave and shaft assembly Bearings Contacts Jaws All Idler Sheaves – including: Deflector or secondary Car and counterweight Compensation and related bearings Governor tension assemblies
