One-year contract for Nitrogen Delivery & Tank Rental Fees for the Braidwood, Byron, Dresden, LaSalle, & Quad Cities Power Plants. The value of the contract will not exceed $60,000. Services will be ordered as needed. Mandatory Specifications: M1: Power Plant Deliveries – Vendor or Vendor’s agents involved with delivery at the Nuclear Power Plants agree to comply with Constellation nuclear power plant requirements, safety rules, regulations, and procedures. These may include, but are not limited to, urinalysis, background review, escorted visitor or contractor requirements and vehicle search. Vendor must be cleared by Constellation for access to the protected areas of the power plant. M2: Gases – Vendor agrees that it can provide and deliver all gases, tanks, and items listed below in Pricing Table A. M3: Power Plant Deliveries – Vendor shall deliver once a week to the locations listed above unless an alternate delivery time or established schedule is agreed upon by an Agency-authorized representative. M4: Power Plant Deliveries – Vendor agrees to deliver on an as-needed basis any “Special Orders”. These orders will be made to the vendor via telephone and delivery will be coordinated between the Agency and the Vendor. All “Special Orders” must be delivered within 48 hours of the request unless other delivery arrangements have been mutually agreed upon. M5: Minimum Orders – Vendor agrees to ship F.O.B. destination to the locations listed above with no minimum order required. M6: Charges – Vendor agrees that all charges for gases, tank rentals, fees, and delivery charges are included in the Pricing Tables below. M7: Cylinders – Vendor agrees to invoice for all cylinders and/or cylinder deposits as a separate line item on all invoices. The vendor also agrees to pick up all empty cylinders at no additional cost. M8: Cylinders – Vendor agrees to conduct an inventory of all tanks for each of the Power Plants upon execution of contract, which shall be sent to Celeste Hawkins at celeste.hawkins@illinois.gov.
