Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Drive brand consistency and consolidate print marketing efforts. 2. Meet the campus wide needs to produce promotional materials for recruitment and retention without direct involvement of University Marketing & Creative Services (UMAC) Staff. 3. Accelerate and foster efficient procurement processes to support University wide marketing and recruitment. 4. Increase our toolset for reaching prospective students, alumni and key influencers. 5. Create a cost effective channel to procure print materials and promotional goods that maximize return on investment. 6. To have a single vendor with the capability to purchase a wide variety of print and promotional materials, including but not limited to business cards, post cards, brochures and promotional items. 7. Users shall have the ability to utilize direct mail services in conjunction with traditional print materials. 8. Create a channel for utilizing variable data printing to increase the level of personalization for critical print materials. 9. Available Application Programing Interface (API) for integration with our Client Relationship Management System (CRM) to assist in creating a dynamic communication flow to protect students.
