Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide 95-gallon locked security containers with a 2" curved paper slot that are tamper resistant, and have a random key locking system. The required number of security containers for each of the facilities is listed in Section 1.8. IDES may request that additional containers be added or removed for specified locations. Provide a master key to each IDES management staff to enable them to retrieve documents that may not need to be shredded. Through Vendor’s uniformed employee(s), meet with IDES’ management staff upon arrival at each location. IDES’ management staff will sign off on the receipt after each waste collection. Collect IDES’ confidential materials for destruction from each container, take the materials to a truck and remove the confidential documents from IDES’ premises. Vendor will shred all confidential documents per the set schedule in Section 1.8 or per the schedule established with the contract manager.
