Co-chairs are open to ideas having discussed limoncello, campari, prosecco, amoretto, aperol, or negroni as possible offerings. Presentation should be fun. First course is always placed. Bruschetta, fig and cheeses, caprese salad, soup shooter, platter of Italian offerings served tableside all discussed as options. Breadsticks, rosemary focaccia and other warm aromatic bread offerings with oil and vinegar instead of butter Beef is the preferred protein for the entrée. Chairs are open minded having discussed risotto, faro, and polenta as possible bases for the dish. Vegetarian option should also be dairy and gluten free. The chairs are interested in creative ways to present themed dessert – passed, buffet, and/or action station. Cannoli, Tiramisu, Panna cotta, Fruit and Cheese, Biscotti, Espresso, and Gelato discussed as possible offerings. The chairs would like “to go” coffee at the Garden’s Visitor Center as guests are waiting to pick up their car for valet. Chairs would like to see a beautifully presented variety of biscotti “to-go”. Please include this in your proposal.
