• The facilities that will print the ballots must be located within 50 miles of the Board’s Warehouse. • Contractor must have successful prior experience printing ballots for the Dominion Democracy Suite election tabulation system, and must be certified by Dominion Voting Systems to print ballots used on the system at all times relevant to this IFB and the resulting bid award(s) and contract(s). • Contractor must have the capabilities to run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and must build those costs into the price of the proposal. • Contractor must be able to deliver materials (completed ballots) in a 72-hour time period from the time proofed production copy was approved, and must deliver proofs in a 48-hour time period from receipt of proofs. • The contractor shall submit a detailed security plan outlining all proposed onsite security measures, including staffing, monitoring, and access controls. This plan will be subject to review and must be determined to meet the Board’s standards for adequacy and effectiveness with any work involving ballot storage or handling prior to the issuance of a contract.
