Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Illinois at Chicago is seeking a Construction Manager Professional Services Consultant for the design and construction of a new Ambulatory Surgery Center. The Center is planned to be a five story, 117,000 GSF new building, to be constructed at the southeast corner of Taylor and Wood Streets, Chicago, IL., with a two-story bridge connection to the University of Illinois Hospital located on the north side of Taylor Street. Initial interior improvements will include a 22,500 GSF Surgery Center, including Operating Rooms, Staff and Administrative Areas, Sterile processing, and Pre- and Post-Care facilities, to be located on the third floor. An Imaging Suite, as well as a Lobby, Reception Area, and receiving facilities will be located on the first floor.
