ASSET LOCKER SYSTEM – POLICE DEPARTMENT

 Supply of Equipment/Installation Services: o Locker Management System:  30 lockers at a minimum.  Preferred material for cabinets is steel.  Entire Unit Dimension; Maximum.  130 inches’ wide.  75 inches’ high.  18 inches’ deep.  Unit Must sit on a base.  Internal locker sizes of; 7.6” wide, 14” deep, 8.8” high at a minimum.  Power Requirements:  Each cabinet - 120 volts.  Each Cabinet must include USB and Standard 110 receptacle.  Suggested 15 amp circuits (3).  Needed 1.2 amps input per device.  Built in terminal for card reader.  Prox card reader.  First in / First out technology.  Cloud based transaction technology.  UHF TapID assembly.  UHF TapID Tags. o ALL installation or other costs must be included in pricing.  Commissioning and Testing: o Comprehensive testing of all installed systems. o Provide factory start-up and training. o Provision of necessary documentation and manuals.  Support and Maintenance: o Provide all included warranty information with proposal. o Provide any/all support information with proposal.
