This is a five (5) year contract with one (1) possible five (5) year renewal option. This contract is contingent on the appropriation of sufficient funds; Kane County reserves the right to renegotiate the scope of work to meet its budgetary demands. The States Attorney’s Office (SAO) began looking to streamline the process in which we currently tender (send out) discovery to the Public Defender or Defense Attorneys.
Specifically, the SAO is looking for a program where discovery lives on one platform and may be shared among designated individuals or entities.
