Additional Bidding Instructions

Pricing shall include delivery to 60 Airport Drive, Rockford, IL 61109, freight prepaid, delivery, uncrating, assembly, installation, making ready for use, removal of debris and instruction of Authority personnel. No other fees or charges will be paid. Equipment and supplies to make the machine fully functional shall be delivered within 30 days of award. Training shall be extended to the first 30 days of use, which may be either on site or off site support as judged adequate by GRAA personnel.
