The Village of Orland Park is requesting proposals from interested parties to propose, design, install, configure, test, train and provide ongoing support to replace the VILLAGE’s existing Network Structured Cabling Infrastructure (NSCI), Network Communications Infrastructure (NCI), and Telecommunications Systems Infrastructure (TSI). It is the VILLAGE’s preference for vendors to submit proposals for all three projects described above, but vendors may submit proposals for only one or two of the three projects.

A pre-proposal site visit, at which attendance is mandatory, will be held on July 8, 2020 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the Village of Orland Park Village Hall, 14700 S. Ravinia Ave., Orland Park, IL 60462. Following a brief meeting there will be a facility tour. All attendees are required to wear a mask and temperatures will be taken upon arrival.

Additional Bidding Instructions

To facilitate evaluation of the proposals, the entire proposal must be submitted as one (1) paper copy and one (1) electronic copy, that is a text searchable OCR, commentable PDF and saved to a USB thumb drive to the Village of Orland Park Clerk’s Office and upload one (1) complete electronic copy through BidNet Direct no later than 11:00 a.m., local time, on July 24, 2020.
