This work shall consist of the placement of Bituminous Materials (Tack Coat), Polymerized Hot Mix Asphalt Binder Course, Hot Mix Asphalt Surface Course, Hot Mix Asphalt Surface Removal, Bituminous and Aggregate Shoulder placement, pavement widening, Class D Patching, Detector Loop Replacement, Combination Concrete Curb & Gutter Removal and Replacement, Longitudinal Joint Sealant, Recessed Reflective Pavement Markers, Shoulder Rumble Strips, Short-term and Permanent Pavement Markings and all incidental, appurtenant and collateral work therefor (collectively the “project”) necessary to complete the project as shown on plans and as described herein.
