Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a contract with a Vendor(s) for Wholesale Broadband and E-Rate Consortium Consulting Services. The Vendor(s) shall be responsible for the following: Management the Illinois Century Networks (ICN) Wholesale Broadband Consulting Services including: Continually identifying potential wholesale broadband customers for ICN services. Continually promoting and marketing ICN wholesale broadband services. Performing presales activities such as providing general information, develop quotes, and assist the State in its negotiation efforts with identification of key contract terms and conditions and coordination of contract execution of wholesale broadband services.
