Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Batavia, Illinois seeks a vendor for professional services to design, develop and host its public website at www.cityofbatavia.net. The redesigned website will include significant performance and graphic ability so that the site will function as an online customer service center, marketing platform for the City, and repository of City-related public information. The City is inviting vendors to respond to this Request for Proposals (RFP) who may be interested in providing website design and hosting services to rebuild the City website. The City will not be liable for any costs associated in the preparation or distribution of participants proposals. The City seeks to create a dynamic website that is designed and organized in a manner that allows viewers with limited computer experience to easily find and access information. It will act as a marketing and informational tool for residents, visitors, and businesses. The site should enhance the Citys small town feel while highlighting the community assets.
