Construct a new building addition for the administration office and general remodeling at Pennoyer School. Work consist of selective demo, site work, concrete, masonry, steel, rough and finish carpentry, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, interior finishes, specialties, gyp equipment, manufactured casework, bleachers, fire suppression systems, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The construction schedule is critical. Contractors are expected to start the project the date of the Notice to Proceed and start construction as indicated on the schedule and shall be complete all work by the dates outline on per the Phasing indicated. There are six alternates and eleven unit prices listed in the project manual.
