4.1. Washer Extractor The washer extractor shall be a front load with at least a 40 pound capacity and be powered by a 208 volt single-phase connection. The washer extractor shall have drive train motor of at least a 2 horsepower rating. The washer extractor shall be rigid hard mount and have a stainless-steel front, top, and drum. The washer extractor shall have nine programmable cycles with the minimum extraction speed of 33 RPM, 0.4 G-Force, up to a maximum extraction speed of 733 RPM, 200 G-Force. The washer extractor shall have a hot and cold fill valves and direct detergent injection ports. The washer extractor shall have a 3 inch gravity drain with an electric drain valve. The washer extractor shall be no wider than 32 inches, a depth of no more than 43 inches, not taller than 48 inches, and the door opening size of no more than 18 inches. The washer extractor drum shall have a diameter of at least 26 inches, a depth of at least 20 inches, and a minimum volume of 6.0 cubic feet 4.2. Cabinet Dryer The Cabinet Dryer shall have the capacity to dry 6 sets of turnout gear. The cabinet dryer shall be powered by a 208 voltage, 50-60 cycle, 3-phase connection. The cabinet dryer shall have fans that direct heated air over the outside of the gear and a second system that dries the gear from the inside using hangers that are detachable. The vent outlet shall be 6 inches in diameter. The cabinet dryer shall be at least 76" in height by 70" in width by 31" in depth, but no more than 84" in height by 80" in width by 36" in depth. The cabinet dryer shall have a door swing between of 30" and 32". The cabinet dryer shall be supplied with three sets of drying racks for gloves, boots, and garments.
