Specifications include, but are not limited to: SCOPE OF SERVICES 1. Redesign the existing Clerk Website utilizing off-the-shelf, reputable, proven, non-proprietary Internet applications and technologies to provide enhanced usability, information accessibility, multilingual options, security, tracking, navigation, visual appeal and overall functionality. The selected firm will possess the resources to work simultaneously with several departments at different levels of proficiency. 2. The development of new design, structure, navigation, procedures and content standards documented. 3. Use of information compiled in the research of other Clerks Websites and making recommendations for expansion and improvements should include interactive applications to improve the Clerks services such as downloads, on-line forms, electronic commerce, and other interactive service related features. 4. Consultation related to redesign and development of Website information, including provision and maintenance on on-line and/or automated procedures and reference materials with Clerks staff. The vendor will provide the Clerk with: Custom Setup and Implementation to include: Access to its entire standard Website features, contents, and functionality Setup of Website under the URL or domain name. The vendor shall finalize the Website design and work with the Clerk to determine any additional content, features, and/or functionality and security.
