The scope of this project will be to design and develop a modern, functional, and attractive website. Additionally, the Village is seeking a content management backend that can be used to maintain and update the website by Village users. Provide a website design or designs. By seeking input and consultation with staff, the winning proposer will provide several designs of the home page and interior pages for the Village to evaluate. The designs will incorporate colors, text, fonts, photography, iconography, graphics, and layouts. Create custom graphics as necessary. Provide recommendations about content layout and organization. Use menus, submenus, headers, footers, and navigation effectively. Provide page templates and design standards. Development of website. Construct the website using existing and new content. Consider best practices for municipal sites regarding layout, organization, and navigation. Consult with Village departments for the content of each department. Adhere to design guidelines.
