Pursuant to Section 50-80 of the Illinois Procurement Code, each bidder who submits a bid or offer for a State of Illinois contract under this Code shall have a sexual harassment policy in accordance with paragraph (4) of subsection (A) of Section 2-105 of the Illinois Human Rights Act. A copy of the policy shall be provided to the college entering into the contract upon request. The Customer reserves the right to request additional information after your proposal has been submitted.
