1. Survey Drawing a) Conduct a full topographic & boundary survey of the subject property, including all physical and topographic features. The subject property consists of two separate parcels which shall be developed as one whole, Cook County Parcels 15-36-304-002 and 15-36-304-006 (Legal Description: Block 14 in the Second Division of Riverside, in Section 36, Township 39 North, Range 12 East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois). b) Perform an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey according to the Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys. c) The drawing shall be at an engineering scale of 1"-40", or at a scale as directed by Williams Architects. d) The surveyor is to forward a drawing, signed and sealed by an Illinois Professional Land Surveyor, and a computer file via electronic means in AutoCAD Version 2020 or newer, with all physical features, one foot contours, spot elevations, and requirements described herein to Williams Architects upon completion. e) See Exhibit A for an aerial view of the site and survey limits. 2. Corners and Benchmark a) Surveyor shall place a 1" steel pipe or pin, driven 2'-6" into the ground, at each corner of the property surveyed or a copper rivet (1/2" head) if the corner falls on a paved surface. b) The surveyor shall tie the survey to an identified established, permanent U. S. G. S. or Village monuments. Elevations shall be referenced to an identified established benchmark, clearly described on the map.
