Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. reviewing grant application guidelines with CCH staff and instructing CCH staff and other partners regarding funding guidelines and grant requirements; 2. overseeing the development of selected grant applications by assisting in the scheduling of meetings, the development of timetables, proposal language and the development of the grant application; 3. developing timelines and the strategy to ensure timely submission of the application; 4. structuring work flow and executing work plan for the grant application; 5. writing and editing grant narratives and any other required and supplemental documents, such as work plans, timelines, logic models, staffing plans, and job descriptions; 6. reviewing and synthesizing information from many sources which relate to program development; 7. leading grant narrative process including coordinating with key staff to gather information needed and developing an understanding of CCH services by collecting and integrating information about CCH services and programs; 8. locating, identifying, researching, collecting and analyzing data as set forth in the grant application guidelines;
