Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Groundskeeping associates are responsible for spring grounds clean up, mulching, weeding, pruning, watering, mowing, line trimming, trash/litter pick up, bed edging, landscape project assistance, snow removal/salting, planting, turf repair, hard ground surface cleaning, parking lot and road maintenance, road patching and parking bumper installation. Fall Clean-up and other related landscape duties as needed/requested by Harper Administration. Irrigation repair. • The contractor agrees to provide the College with up to 3 trained groundskeepers, depending upon the needs at any one time. All supplementary contracted workers should be able to understand directions and communicate in English. Bilingual Spanish speaking workers are a plus.
