Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Custodial associates are responsible for cleaning campus buildings and nearby premises, which includes offices, restrooms, classrooms and common areas, in a neat, orderly, and safe condition. Performs custodial duties which includes trash removal, sorting and removing recycling paper, vacuuming carpet, damp wiping desk and telephones; high and low dusting; cleaning light fixtures; cleaning windows; dust and wet mopping floors; sweeping and wet mopping stairs; scrubbing, stripping and waxing (refinishing) floors; shampooing and extracting carpets; shampooing furniture; removing snow and salting at entrances to college buildings. The Contractor recognizes that the College, in its sole discretion, will determine whether the Contractor is performing in accordance with the terms of this request for bid. By submitting a bid, the Contractor is certifying that all work will be completed as directed and specified in the contract and/or by Harper representatives.
