Provide Target Market Construction Manager Services for Midway and O’Hare International Airports. The CDA is seeking to identify qualified Respondents that have demonstrated experience, expertise and resources to provide the following services (the “Services”): construction inspection and documentation services; coordination of construction with airport operations, stakeholders, and other project interfaces; verification and documentation of work completed; identification of construction deficiencies and associated corrections; validation of safety and environmental compliance; completion of daily reports; validation of the contractor’s field records and surveying; recording and processing of project documents; change management support; coordination of material testing services; punch list development and reconciliation; miscellaneous cost estimating services; support for preparation of schedule updates; and support for commissioning the completed construction projects.
