Specifications include, but are not limited to: The System Integrator will be responsible for delivering the Tier-1 ERP Solution for the State of Illinois. Under the oversight of the Project Management Office (PMO), the SI will work with the ERP Solution vendor to integrate existing systems with new technologies and ultimately deliver a single, statewide ERP Solution. The SI may be responsible for such services as: integration services in the design phase (e.g., functional design, technical design, prototyping) the statewide baseline solutioning phase (e.g., configuration of State template, customization activities including reports, interface, conversions, enhancements, forms, system documentation, manuals) the Agency-specific roll-out phase (e.g., Agency-specific configuration and customization, system deployment, testing, training, data migration) the post go-live support phase (e.g., incident management, troubleshooting, bug fixes, system stabilization) and other activities across all program phases (technical project management, technical quality management). The State is interested in receiving responses and best practices input from SI vendors of all sizes and depth of experience.
