The Vendor must supply all products, services, and supports necessary to administer an online statewide survey of learning conditions to (1) students in Grades 4-12; (2) teachers working in Grades Pre-K through Grade 12; and (3) parents in every public school attendance center, excluding public school attendance centers that opt to utilize an alternate survey of learning conditions instrument. The online statewide survey window shall be no more than eight weeks in duration, beginning no earlier than 100 days after the start of school year and ending no later than March 31, 2026, and thereafter no later than March 31 for each year of the Contract. Products required for this Contract include: A survey of learning conditions is to be taken by students in Grades 4-12. A survey of learning conditions to be taken by teachers working in Grades Pre-K through Grade 12. A survey of learning conditions to be taken by parents of students in Grades Pre-K through Grade 12. A public-facing website that contains informational resources and supports on how to give, take, interpret, and use the survey results. A secure survey site, portal, or system[footnoteRef:4] through which respondents will take the survey. [4: The public-facing website, secure survey site, and secure administration and reporting site may all be one “site” in the sense that all three can be accessed from a single parent URL (e.g., www.examplevendorurl.com). However, since the three areas have different access and security constraints – (1) public, (2) survey takers, and (3) school and district administrators – they are treated as three distinct products for purposes of this Contract. ] A secure administration and reporting site for district and school use that includes, at minimum: Roster of students expected to be surveyed in/at a specific school site. Roster of teachers expected to be surveyed in/at a specific school site. Roster or count of parents to be surveyed with children in/at a specific school site. One or more reports that present the results of the survey for a specific school in ways that follow industry-standard practices to preserve the confidentiality of individual responses/respondents, especially when paired with rosters and participation reports. Student participation report that reports the participation status of individual students at a specific site and allows for the recording of reason codes for students that did not participate.
