Specifications include, but are not limited to: Governors State University (GSU) is requesting qualified vendors to submit proposals for software, licenses etc. as specified. This software will be used for all students to evaluate instruction utilizing technologies as defined. This software may need to integrate with a variety of existing GSU systems as detailed. Additional requirements are itemized in the specification documents, and attachments to the Higher Education Procurement Bulletin. Proposals are requested from qualified vendors of acquiring access/software that will permit Governors State University to utilize a fully functional evaluation tool for all students to complete online when evaluating their faculty and courses. The system will provide a comprehensive online tool that will enable the monitoring, reporting and tracking of GSU faculty evaluations by students. The proposed system must also be capable of interfacing with the Blackboard product(s) and Ellucian Colleague. Successful Vendor Proposals for the SEI System software should:. Identify the Hardware requirements for successful implementation of a proposed system. Provide a Software System "data dictionary" as a reference for End Users. Identify the Network requirements for successful implementation of a "University Hosted" software system. Demonstrate compatibility with the University s ERP System. Demonstrate compatibility with the University s LMS System. Define the coordination elements that the University must provide in order to ensure successful, on-schedule implementation of the proposed software system. Verify that the proposed solution is proprietary to the Vendor and not a collection of third-party applications that are loosely integrated together. Provide an outline of End-User Training that will be led by the Awarded Vendor. Detail the Vendor Support that will be provided post-implementation. Clearly identify the Vendor s Implementation Team and post-Implementation Support Team and provide complete contact information for these Team members. Identify additional software modules that might enhance future University operations.
