The consultant would develop a comprehensive strategic plan to guide the Village Board on the future direction of the Skokie community. The selected consultant will lead a collaborative, community-focused strategic planning process that incorporates the perspectives of multiple stakeholders. Project Objectives: -Facilitate a structured and inclusive planning process -Engage stakeholders through workshops, interviews, surveys, and public meetings -Analyze current conditions, strengths, challenges and opportunities -Identify strategic priorities aligned with community values and needs -Develop measurable goals, implementation strategies, and a timeline -Deliver a final Strategic Plan document and an executive summary suitable for public distribution.
