The Illinois Department of Public Health seeks a Vendor to serve as a medical logistics and asset coordinator for IDPH's Preparedness and Response mission. IDPH Office of Preparedness and Response is tasked with being prepared to respond to any Public Health emergency and provide needed medical support for all regional Health Care Facilities. This support could include emergency equipment required due to a shortage or failure of equipment at Partner Health facilities. IDPH OPR has a large amount of federal reserve medical supplies and equipment to assist the citizens of Illinois during times of Public Health emergency while waiting for additional federal assistance. IDPH needs a Vendor to provide space to store this equipment and potential space if IDPH requires an increase in operational tempo during a large-scale emergency. The logistic partner shall also assist with maintaining, shipping, and tracking medical supplies and equipment inventory to ensure effective rotation of and management of the existing inventory.
