Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Bidder shall make inside delivery within 10 business days of an order to the addresses below. Cook County reserves the right to include additional locations via a fully-executed amendment. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination. Time of delivery shall be between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except the following holidays: New Year’s Day. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Lincoln’s Birthday, Washington’s Birthday, Casmir Pulaski Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. The Purchase Order Number must appear on the receipt when goods are delivered. Vendor must contact Mike Roberts, Specifications Engineer III, via e-mail at Michael.roberts@cookcountyil.gov at least 48 hours prior to deliveries.
