Specifications include, but are not limited to: Snow shall be removed when the snow accumulation reaches two (2) inches or upon Facility Managers request. All driveways, parking areas and building ramps shall be cleared. Snow shall be piled in the most remote area of lot or as designated by the Facility Manager. Some locations may require that snow be removed from the premises the same day. Vendor shall respond within two (2) hours of notification of any additional services, day or night. Vendor must have a working cell phone number which must be submitted to CMS Facility Manager and to the site location Office Manager. Vendor shall make efforts to have all areas cleared of snow by 7:00 A.M., seven days per week including weekends and holidays.
