Specifications include, but are not limited to: a.The Contractor shall begin snowplowing operations within 90-minutes of receiving notification fromthe General Superintendent. All operations will occur after standard business hours. Should theContractor fail to comply with the allocated response time, liquidated damages or termination ofthis contract may apply at the discretion of the Village.b.Contractor will clear all snow and ice from designated parking lots and furnish & distribute road saltin the parking lots upon completion of snow plowing/piling event. Furthermore, the Contractoragrees to perform all in work in a manner acceptable to the Village including working around parkedcars. Work not completed to the satisfaction of the Village will be repeated by the Contractor at noadditional cost.
