Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment to efficiently remove snow and ice from approximately 60,420 square yards of parking lots and garages within the City. Services are to be performed in accordance with these specifications, under the direction of the City of Wheaton Department of Public Works. Snow and ice removal operations shall be performed for the following locations. Maps of these areas can be found on Attachment A. • Parking Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 • Parking Lot 6 (2,890 (sq. yd.) along Crescent Street near train station • College Avenue Metra Parking Lot 10 (5,945 sq. yd.) adjacent to College Avenue train station • Cross Street Parking Garage (3,991 sq. yd.) 220 S Cross Street • Wheaton Place Parking Garage (4,811 sq. yd.) 232 West Wesley Street • City Hall Parking Lot (3,546 sq. yd.) 303 West Wesley Street • Library Parking Lot (6,660 sq. yd.) 225 North Cross Street • Police Department Parking Lot (4,390 sq. yd.) 900 West Liberty Drive The Contractor shall provide 24-hour service including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays for the entire winter season.
