The contractor will be required to perform snow removal and salting on the District's properties as detailed below: 1. Snow Removal: ○ Snow removal from all parking lots, driveways, bus lanes, and any other identified areas. ○ Snow removal to be performed immediately following snow accumulation typically 1.5 inches or more. Depending on the event, timing, and activities being held within the District this will vary. The District may employ these services for less snow, or for only specific locations. ○ Ensure all pathways are clear for safe pedestrian and vehicular movement. ○ Use of appropriate equipment to remove snow efficiently and without causing damage to District property. ○ Timely snow removal during each snow event, with the first priority being bus lanes and entrances. 2.
