Specifications include, but are not limited to: Snow Removal - Bid by the hour -- Snow removal for the Illinois Veterans' Home in LaSalle, Illinois. Area Includes: Parking lot that is approximately 2.5 acres with a driveway in the front of the building and dock area in the rear of building that need cleared. Snow shall be removed when the snow accumulation reaches 2 inches and removal to be done between the hours of 3:00am to 6:30am or within 30 minutes when called by the Home Contract (Engineer or Security Officer). Vendor to provide all equipment and Salt needed to complete tasks, Must have ability to plow snow and remove the snow off of site and to salt the parking lot and front driveway when needed for safety, seven days per week including weekends and holidays. The awarded vendor will invoice monthly for services performed. The services under this contract are "as needed" and do not guarantee services will be needed each month.
