Solicitation W911SA-21-Q-3036 will be issued on or about 24-September-2021 and can be accessed at https://sam.gov. This requirement is for Snow Removal Services at Facility IL068.
The performance period is from 1-November-2021 to 31-October-2022, including four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. Offeror shall submit a signed SF 1449, completed information from the Supplemental section, responses to Provisions 52.204-24 and 52.204-26, and a completed Price Schedule (Attachment 1).
The site visit will be held at Facility IL068, Machesney Park ARC (9899 Gregory Rd., Machesney Park, IL 61115) on Tuesday, 28-September-2021 at 9:00 am (local time).
