The following is a description of the obligations that are required from the snow melting Contractor to provide Snow Melting Services to the City: • Prior to the start of each snow season, Contractor must provide phone numbers for the following items: Office and cell phone numbers for the Contractor’s Ops Snow Team (comprised of five (5) Airport Operations Supervisors, one (1) Chief of Airport Ops, and one (1) Assistant Commissioner) in accordance with the conditions of the City’s Snow Contractor Manual. Key operation personnel's telephone numbers (supervisors or management responsible for the operation). Under this Contract, key personnel shall be considered the Contractor’s management team involved in the day-to-day operations. This team must be available twenty-four hours a day. • Accept Call-out notifications from the City on a 24-hours a day, seven (7) day a week basis. • Have equipment and operators available on the Airfield or designated location, and ready to commence snow melting operations within three (3) hours after receiving a Call-out notification either by email, text or phone call from a designated Department Airfield Operations staff member or the Commissioner...
