Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment inclusive of semi-trailer trucks with drivers, to efficiently haul snow from the Central Business District to a pre-determined site upon call out by the City. • Service including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays for the entire winter season. • The City of Wheaton will provide snow blowers and loaders. • A minimum of six semi-trailer trucks available for the entire winter season. • All equipment used under this contract must be maintained in good operating condition and appropriately licensed and inspected by the State of Illinois. • The City reserves the right to request evidence of licenses, copies of last inspection, and proof of vehicle ownership /contractual agreement for each piece of equipment prior to the execution of the contract. • All drivers must be sufficiently qualified, with a verifiable Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
