Install 30-year architectural shingles homeowners’ choice of colors. New shingle over ridge vent. New chimney flashing and counter flashing. New plumber boots over the vents and split ring for the mast flashing. New 2” white style D roof edge.; Install Tyvek house wrap over all the existing wood siding over lapping 6”, tape all the seams. Install ¼” fan fold over the house wrap taping all the seams installed with cap nails. Bend white break metal around the bottom of wall installing over the wrap and fold and returning to the foundation. Install double 4” vinyl siding choice of colors the homeowner selects from samples provide by the contractor. All wall and floor penetrations shall have either a light block or split trim installed and caulked with a color match. All top course pieces must be snap-locked into a utility trim preventing siding from blowing off.; Install missing soffit and fascia mostly on the room addition. Install new white gutters and downs through out the entire house. Install 6’ tail pipes off the downs with hinged flip-ups securing the tails from being blown off. Minimum 2 straps per 8’ of down securing to the wall. All Connections must have at least 2 white screws per joint. Contractor must have permit before the work begins.
