Specifications include, but are not limited to: Senior Center Christmas Lunch. The City of Dover is requesting quotes to include delivery, set up, table servers and clean up of a Christmas Lunch at the Dover Senior Center for approximately 100 people. The date and time will be December 12, 2008 from 12:00 to 1:00pm at the McConnell Center on Locust St. The Senior Center group kitchen will be available for meal preparation. Menu to include: spiral ham served with mustard, mashed white potatoes and sweet potato combo, green beans, tossed salad and dressing, rolls, as well as salt, pepper butter for each table. · On December 12, 2008 from 12:00 to 1:00pm · Approximately 100 people (final number will be made available by December 5th). · The senior center will provide own beverages and deserts. · Vendor awarded will provide menu listed as well as paper and plastic items needed to serve the menu. · Vendor awarded will provide servers to serve the plated meals to the tables.
